Where are you guys located?

We are based in Los Angeles, California. All orders will be shipped from reliable Post Offices or UPS Stores in the LA area. Don't worry, we will not take your package to anywhere with unreliable service.



What is your history?

Our founder Zac, originally from Virginia, has been selling cannabis since 2015. In 2020, he started offering shipping, in addition to selling locally. In 2023, he moved to the West Coast and began shipping full-time. In 2025, he started working with the Herbarium Shipping Team in LA and now focuses on communicating with customers, purchasing new inventory, and maintaining the menu.



Will the product be packaged discreetly?

Absolutely! All flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates are vacuum-sealed to ensure that there is no smell. All product is also covered and padded so even if the box were to be punctured, the carrier would not see the contents. The package also will not make noise when shaken, have a texture that can be felt through an envelope, or exhibit any other signs of prohibited contents. We've been doing this for a long time and have gotten very good at discretion. The box itself will be plain or contain a basic carrier-logo.



What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer shipping through two carriers: USPS and UPS. For USPS, we can do Priority Mail and Express Mail. For UPS, we can do 2-day Airmail.



How much does shipping cost?

USPS Priority Mail is our cheapest option at $10, but goes up to $20 if we need to use a larger box. USPS Express Mail is $30 but only available if the order fits in the small box. UPS 2-day Airmail is $20. If your package is mailed on Thursday using UPS 2-day Airmail, Saturday delivery is available for an extra $15. First time customers receive a $10 discount on shipping, which usually means free shipping with USPS Priority Mail.



When will my order be shipped?

On Monday-Saturday, we will ship your order same day if you place it before 3PM Eastern Time or 2PM Central time. If you order after the cutoff, we will still try to get it out the same day, but it may not go out until the next day. For orders placed on Saturday after the cutoff, or anytime on Sunday, we will ship on Monday. The only exception to this are major holidays: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. For other holidays, we should still be able to ship, but contact us for more information as USPS and UPS constantly change their holiday schedules.



Will I receive a tracking number? When will my shipment arrive?

Yes, you will receive tracking information the same day your package is shipped. Both USPS and UPS will provide an expected delivery date when you track your package on their websites, but the general turnaround time is as follows: for USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 days, but it sometimes takes longer. For USPS Express Mail, also 2-3 days, but it can still be faster than Priority Mail during busy service times. For UPS 2-day Airmail sent on Monday-Thursday, 2 days (but Saturday delivery is extra). For UPS 2-day Airmail sent on Friday or Saturday, expect delivery early the next week (Monday-Wednesday).



Do I have to have it shipped to my home or office?

This is what the majority of customers choose to do, but if you have issues receiving mail there or would rather pick it up, we can ship to your local Post Office or UPS Store.



What if I'm travelling?

We recommend ordering ahead to ensure delivery before or during your stay. We can usually ship to a hotel, but check with the front desk first to make sure it's OK. Otherwise, we recommend picking up at a Post Office or UPS Store. If the package is delivered after you leave, it can be returned to sender or forwarded to your next destination.



Do you have a minimum to order?

No we do not. As a matter of fact, we recommend starting off with a smaller order to test the process and product.



What if my package is returned-to-sender?

Don't worry, we can retreive your package back once it reaches the return address. We will either refund your money or send you another one free-of-charge.



What if my package is lost, stolen, or confiscated?

If your package is lost, we will attempt to contact the carrier to see if they can locate it. We can also refund your money or send you another one using a different carrier, but we do ask that you pay us back or return it to sender if you get the package later on. If your package is stolen or confiscated, we will refund your money or send you another one free-of-charge using a different carrier.



What if there is a mistake with my package?

If we forget to include something, then we can correct it by sending you another package or refunding/crediting you back for what is missing. If we give you the wrong items, you can either send them back or keep them. We will remedy any mistake made free-of-charge.
